BAE Systems is seeking Business Process Specialists to support our government customer at Reston, VA and Patrick Space Force Base, FL.
These specialists will be working in a classified environment and will provide administration and staff officer support to DIA OSIC leadership to include:
- Provide executive summaries of all meetings and committees.
- Provide administration and staff support to manage all license requests, dissemination of licenses, and provide stakeholder feedback for MA solutions.
- Provide knowledge management and collaboration support for office requirements gathering and stakeholder collaboration.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Junior: Bachelor's degree in a related business area with 3+ years of related experience with executive staff support experience within the last 2 years, or 7+ years of experience
- Mid-level: Bachelor's degree in a related business area with 8+ years of related experience with executive staff support experience within the last 2 years, or 10+ years of experience
- Senior: Master's degree in a related business area with 12+ years of related experience with executive staff support experience within the last 2 years, or a Bachelor's degree with 17+ years of experience
- Prior military or government analytical experience
- Knowledgeable of and demonstrate ability to apply IC and DoD classification guidelines and procedures.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Graduate of Government OSINT Training courses (e.g., U.S. Army OBC, OS301/OS302, CASO, defense or IC equivalent (DIA BOTC, FBI OS101).
- Experience conducting intelligence analytical support for the IC/DoD
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $64130 - $109010
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
