Ford of Hungary, European Business Center is looking for an Central Order Fulfilment Specialist to join our Team in the Váci Greens Office, XIII. District in Budapest

How much is depending on your work? More, than you can imagine. As an Order Fulfilment Specialist, you can be part of the Order Fulfilment Operations team which is the face of the European markets to production sources. You can play a key role in the car ordering process to ensure that production is matched to demand and vehicles are built in line with customer requirements. Responsibilities

What will your daily tasks be as an Order Fulfilment Specialist?

• You will provide regular input and direction to Scheduling Teams to ensure monthly order bank is managed in line with order ageing, inventory, CO2 and profit objectives
• You will liaise between the Markets & Scheduling Team & Brand Team to make sure market order priorities are met as far as possible within allocation & production constraints
• You will be in contact with multiple Ford of Europe functional departments to resolve any operational issues, keep them up to date with production related information
• You will raise central orders in the optimum mix, in line with customer demand on the supported carlines
• You will actively cooperate in process improvements and developing reports supporting decision making

Qualifications

• You are fluent in English (written and spoken)
• You have strong analytical skills
• You are a confident communicator and able to work well in a team - both at a local and global level - but are equally focused on own work assignments
• You are good at problem-solving with a "can do" proactive attitude
• You are a confident user of Excel and Power Point
• You have a Bachelor's degree in logistics/business/economics or related field
• You have 2-4 years relevant work experience
