The Compliance Integration Lead will partner with stakeholders, business & IT SMEs, Product Teams (PDO), and vendor-partners to organize, structure, support, drive, monitor, & report on the progress of the initiatives.

What you'll do...
- Coordinate and align project deliverables across multiple functions, IT PDOs/teams, and other related functions, to ensure the overall comprehensive vision is achieved on-time supporting critical commitments
- Establish and coordinate cross-functional program governance and integration into all levels (L1-L3)
- Develop project plan, critical milestones, dependencies, and maintain focused RAID log (risk, action, issue, decision) management across the project
- Handle formal scope definition, tracking and change log
- Own the financial forecast and actuals across program scope
- Manage the orchestration of activities across stakeholders to develop and implement the initiative roadmap and associated deliverables
- Conduct PI Planning on a quarterly basis to define specific value delivery
- Align project achievements to overarching Environmental & Safety Compliance strategic roadmap, defining the development and deployment of process changes and enabling technology
- Proactively engage to resolve hurdles and roadblocks before they become issues impacting the launch
- Ensure Jira dashboard is developed/maintained that is integrated with IT teams' Jira backlogs for real-time information
- Collaborate with stakeholders as needed to ensure monthly updates and metrics/KPIs are posted and consolidated into the required monthly report out artifacts per corporate standards
- Prepare and deliver executive updates and presentations for operational updates, organizational accomplishments to objectives, strategy and roadmap etc
- Take a leading role in planning quarterly leadership offsites
You'll have...
- Strong demonstrated abilities in Program/Project Management
- 5+ years consistent track record, driving accountability and ownership with cross-functional teams
- 5+ years large-scale program/project management and cross work stream integration
- Experience in handling governance reviews and issue resolutions
- Ability to balance Program Management and Agile practices
- Experience in Agile software delivery, Scrum, and PI Planning methodologies
- Expertise in financial and resource management
- Knowledge in Jira tool
- Self-starter - able to identify what needs to be done and then get it done
- Hands-on problem solver to anticipate and proactively resolve hurdles
- Experience in coordinating, organizing and hosting key meetings and events
- Inclusive leadership style with the ability to lead through influence and build meaningful relationships at all levels and functions of the organization
- Be able to work cross-functionally, in a matrixed environment and have experience in a large multi-national company
- Most importantly, the successful candidate will exhibit the Ford+ behaviors and work diligently and ethically each day to help achieve success of the Ford+ plan

- Knowledge of Environmental & Safety Compliance domain
- Knowledge of Platform Engineering, Data Best Practices is a plus
- Understanding of Product Driven System of Delivery
- Experience in leveraging Industry Best Practices, Research, Communities of practice
- Experience with Ford Industrial Systems domains (Product Development, Supply Chain, Manufacturing)
- Knowledge of manufacturing and engineering processes i.e., GPDS, FPS
- Experience bringing together business change initiatives and the key enablers
- Understanding of emerging digital technologies
- Experience driving IT integration across domains
- Experience modernizing legacy IT infrastructure and applications
