Description
Job Description- Provide direct support to Government Program Managers and Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs) in all aspects of budget execution and program management. Responsibilities include:
- Develop responses to budget actions and inquiries, and assist with creating and documenting program spend plans.
- Prepare purchase requests, monitor annual program budgets, and track/report expenditures using spreadsheets and Government Financial Accounting Management Systems.
- Coordinate equipment and material requests in support of program projects/tasks, ensuring proper forms, market research, and policy guidelines are followed.
- Reconcile invoices and submit them to the COR for review, signature, and approval.
- Perform program-related project duties, including updating project schedules, maintaining the Project Database, and tracking/reporting receipt of equipment purchases.
- Assist with preparation of the Monthly Status Report (MSR) and other required reports based on input from Program Managers.
- Prepare budget data responses for submission to FBI Headquarters (FBIHQ), Finance Division (FD), and OTD management, as required.
- Work with TPOCs to submit equipment requests, coordinate with vendors on specifications and pricing, and write technical justifications.
- Partner with COs and TPOCs throughout the procurement process, from initiation to delivery, including shipping equipment to sites.
- Provide expertise in telecom circuit billing.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Project/Financial Management or related field, with five (5) years of experience in budget and financial management (preferred).
- In lieu of degree, seven (7) years of related experience will be considered.
- Experience with FBI financial management systems, such as the Unified Financial Management System (UFMS) and Financial Reporting Application (FRA).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $66084 - $112343
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
