About the RoleAs a Ford Pro Ecosystem Manager, you will serve as the primary representative of Ford sales within your assigned Region. Ford is dedicated to empowering businesses by making fleet management effortless and efficient, both today and in the future, through a comprehensive ecosystem of fleet-focused solutions.
In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of this mission, leading the establishment and growth of our connected services ecosystem across the International Markets region (Africa, West/Southeast Asia, Oceania). You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle, encompassing the development of our strategic vision, overseeing its successful implementation, and cultivating critical external relationships to drive the widespread adoption and success of our innovative solutions. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of commercial vehicle productivity in a dynamic and expanding region
You will report directly to the IMG Transformation Director in Thailand. This role will be based in Australia at our National Sales Company Office in Richmond, Melbourne.
Responsibilities
Key Strategy & Vision Development:
- Define the comprehensive portfolio of connected solutions, driven by deep understanding of fleet customer needs and competitive landscape analysis.
- Design innovative business models tailored for each market, integrating the roles of Ford, dealers, and strategic external partners.
- Formulate robust deployment plans, including market and solution prioritization, to maximize impact and adoption.
Implementation & Execution:
- Drive the development of compelling business cases and lead solutions through global and in-market approval processes.
- Orchestrate end-to-end go-to-market strategies and lead the successful launch and implementation of connected services.
- Continuously monitor in-market performance, adapting strategies and implementation plans to optimize outcomes.
- Identify, evaluate, and engage with external partners to explore co-development opportunities and assess their alignment with Ford Pro's vision.
- Develop strategic recommendations for the integration and deployment of partner products and solutions within our ecosystem.
External Partnership Management:

Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years direct experience in the fleet management or telematics space.
- Strategic Business Leadership: Proven strong business acumen with the ability to manage a business line end-to-end, from strategic planning to successful execution.
- Strategic Acumen: Excellent strategic capabilities, including the ability to identify new growth areas and develop viable, feasible execution strategies.
- Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of fleet management industry practices, business models, and market dynamics.
- Customer-Centric Solutioning: Profound understanding of commercial customer needs, especially in the fleet management space, and the ability to translate these needs into innovative solutions.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to work effectively with diverse teams and Ford stakeholders across multiple markets and time zones.
- Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Project Management: Demonstrated expertise in leading and delivering complex projects.
- Strategy & Business Development: Significant experience in strategy formulation and business development.
