Are you ready to take the wheel in a dynamic, cross-functional role that blends marketing, sales, and strategic partnership management? We're looking for a Ford Lease Specialist to join our team and help shape the future of vehicle leasing in the UK.

This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of Ford Credit Britain (FCB) and Ford of Britain (FoB), collaborating closely with our white-label partner and internal stakeholders to deliver impactful marketing programmes and drive lease performance.

Responsibilities

• Support the Ford Lease relationship: Support the day-to-day interactions with our white-label partner, including regular travel to Bristol.
• Drive performance: Monitor lease portfolio metrics, identify growth opportunities, and support contract penetration and renewal targets.
• Deliver marketing excellence: Develop and implement integrated marketing programmes, ensuring flawless execution and strong ROI.
• Collaborate across teams: Work with Sales, Finance, Yield Management, and Communications to align strategies and support vehicle sales.
• Champion customer fairness: Ensure all marketing activity reflects Treating Customers Fairly and Consumer Duty principles.

Qualifications

The minimum requirements we seek:

• Commercially savvy with a solid understanding of automotive or financial services markets. Experience working with dealer networks or leasing products is essential
• Strong communication and influencing skills - able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience within the Ford Dealer network or Ford Credit Britain is beneficial but not required. We welcome candidates with relevant experience in automotive, leasing, or financial services.
• A proactive, self-starting attitude with a passion for delivering results.
• Analytical mindset with solid data interrogation and reporting skills.
• Excellent PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Our preferred requirements:

• Degree-level education or equivalent.
• Marketing qualification or experience in marketing programme delivery.

This position is based in Dunton, and it is expected the successful candidate will be able to attend the Dunton Office for typically 4 days a week and remain flexible on the days they are required to attend the office according to business requirements.
