Job DescriptionWe are the movers of the world and the makers of the future. We get up every day, roll up our sleeves and build a better world -- together. At Ford, we're all a part of something bigger than ourselves. Are you ready to change the way the world moves?

Passion for performance, Ford Racing - Performance Car & Truck Team
At Ford, we're committed to engineering the best performance vehicles possible. That commitment dates back to 1901 when Henry Ford and a small team of engineers developed a race car called "Sweepstakes". It featured innovations such as mechanical fuel injection and insulated spark plugs - those breakthroughs helped Henry win the one and only race in which he ever competed. Our success on the track and off-road performance has fueled the development of our cars and trucks.
