Job Summary:
The Functional Construction Automation Turnover Specialist reports to the Energy - Functional Construction Automation Lead and is responsible for configure, support and maintaining the turnover application defined for Energy GBU. This includes, but is not limited to, the following Bechtel Standard Applications:
TR (Inspection Test Record application tracking)
Hexagon Smart Completions
Preservation and Maintenance Module
TEAMWorks
SETROUTE
3D Model viewer
4D Model integration
WITS (Weld and Welder tracking system)
PTR (NCR, RFI, FCD)
Measuring and Test Equipment
Bechtel Productivity Services (BPS) (X-fighters)
AWP tools
PowerBi
SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
"This position is designated as part-time telework per our global telework policy and will require at least three days of in-person attendance per week at the assigned office or project. Weekly in-person schedules will be determined by the individual and their supervisor, in consultation with functional or project leadership”
Requirements
Major Responsibilities:
Create, establish, and maintain GBU standard ITR Matrix
Work with Project Field Automation Lead to establish the requirements for turnover Systems Green Tag / Blue Tag
Establish the data requirements to support inspection test records Green Tag / Blue Tag
Coordinate with design engineering/Construction automation project support, and other departments to establish automated data transfer between applications.
Configure/Support Turnover tool (BSAPs) to meet project requirements.
Understand reporting requirements for Turnover application and configure reports accordingly. Ensure reports are accurate reflections of the data and are functioning as intended.
Review/trouble-shoot data for accuracy and completeness. Identify and address anomalies and report to the PFE/Construction Automation lead.
Provide ongoing administration to Turnover BSAP.
Provide training and technical support to Turnover BSAP end users, including field engineering, supervision, administration, project controls and other site personnel.
Assist the Project Field Engineer and Lead Area Field Engineers by providing training, direction, and support to Turnover (BSAP).
Education and Experience Requirements:
Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10-13 years of relevant experience or 14-17 years of relevant work experience
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Basic of engineering and construction methods and processes customarily acquired over time through specialized instruction or practical experience.
All applicants must be willing to travel domestically and internationally on short notice
Advance knowledge of TEAMWorks or equivalent software tracking for construction is required.
Advance knowledge of Turnover application such as Completion Module / Smart completion or equivalent software tracking for turnover is required.

Experience with other Bechtel Standard applications, including TEAMWors, PTR, SETROUTE, DSC and ACONEX is desirable.
A good understanding of industry standard construction work processes and procedures is desirable.
Advanced level capability with MS Excel and Access is required.
Extensive knowledge with other database platforms.
