Description
Job DescriptionGovernment Property is responsible for all Contractor Outcomes of the Property Management System, including the maintenance of records ensuring complete, current, auditable records of all transactions and supporting documentation throughout the lifecycle of an asset.
This position will oversee the PIEE Transactions for the GFP Module as it pertains to receipt, storage, disposition, losses, and shipments per our Policies, Procedures and Processes. Responsibilities to include:
- Responsible for the utilization review of assets in storage once the requested storage timeframe has come to an end or the contract closeout efforts begin.
- Cross Functional collaboration to identify proper Disposition method.
- Interface with DCMA Plant Clearance Officer, Field Sites as well as Customers and Subcontractors to meet equipment needs.
- Coordinate moves with Logistics, S.H.E, Quality, DCMA etc.
- Helps performs self-assessment audits of compliance to published procedures and FAR/DFARS requirements. Coordinates all aspects of the analysis by interfacing with appropriate department personnel and the DCMA's Property Administrator, if necessary, secure any corrective actions necessary.
- Special Projects as well Tagging support may be required at the Warehouse and at all remote sites when needed.
- Process documentation required for all transactions. Ensures that assets are properly received, identified, tagged and tracked in the appropriate system including RFID.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent plus additional 4 years relevant experience; OR relevant Associate's degree plus additional 2 years' experience; OR relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 1 years' experience.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Experience in a DoD Environment.
- Knowledge of PIEE GFP Module and DCMA Etools.
- Forklift certified preferred or ability to obtain.
- Certification in National Property Management Association (NPMA) or ability to achieve certification within one year of hire.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $66084 - $112343
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
