Description

• Support, coordinate, and implement MP&L systems for plants Globally
• Production support. Met TAT. Ensure no impact to production due to system issues
• Implementation/Support for various strategic initiatives.

• Support Supplier Releases/CMMS Launch/I-ERP launch support
• Support various strategic initiatives (SKD expansion, e-DDL to ASCENT, CMMS feed to ASCENT/Lean DNA, S&OE, S&OP, etc.)
• End to End Process mapping to ensure launch of applications by working with IT.
• Drive/Ensure Global alignment on project various deliverables and timelines.
• Schedule/Drive initial kickoff meetings to identify stakeholders, define scope, impacted upstream/downstream systems, and gather requirements.
• Schedule/Drive risk meetings to determine the probability and impact of risks and plan appropriate responses to mitigate identified risks.
• Drive data mapping of data elements with support from all parties.
• Support/Ensure alignment and adequate delivery of all GDIA dashboard initiatives.
• Drive deployment plan and implementation dates.
• Drive UAT both Unit as well as SIT. UAT testing must include acceptance criteria that has been approved by all parties.
• Drive helpdesk support and security administration on all assigned MP&L systems.
• Interface with other Ford departments (within MP&L, IT, GDIA, GOTD, FCSD, Sales and Marketing, Finance, PD, Plants etc.)
• Support rollback and system outages on all assigned MP&L systems
• Willingness to work across time zones.

• Subject Matter expert in Supply Chain/relevant MP&L systems. 5+ years of relevant experience
• Hands on experience in ERP and other material management systems
• MP&L Experience
• Project management skills
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred for candidates with experience in process improvement and quality management
