We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Legal Auditor to join our dynamic Loss Recovery Department. This critical role involves providing strategic legal expertise and guidance to optimize portfolio recovery, working closely with external judicial law firms. You will play a key part in ensuring compliance, enhancing recovery strategies, and driving the achievement of our company's financial objectives.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage processes and collaborate with external attorneys to achieve recovery metrics.
• Conduct on-site audits of attorney firms to ensure adherence to standards.
• Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly business results, identifying action items for external law firms.
• Implement innovative strategies to boost recovery rates.
• Monitor financial and operational compliance, including daily deposits, vehicle repossessions, weekly remittances, fees, and court costs, ensuring alignment with performance standards.
• Lead regular meetings with attorneys to share information, provide training, and review performance.
• Engage with external attorneys to explore new opportunities, discuss strategies, and benchmark against competitors' collection processes.
• Review attorney reports and determine necessary follow-up actions.
• Oversee the timely cleanup and depuration of the collection portfolio (e.g., closed accounts, accounts with practical impossibility of collection).

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Law.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Proven experience in collection processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access).
• Strong management, negotiation, and conciliation skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret statistical data.
• Highly task-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Demonstrated teamwork and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong leadership capabilities.
