The Lincoln Marketing and Sales Ford Champ, position offers an opportunity for to immerse themselves in the luxury automotive market. This role provides hands-on experience and comprehensive training across various marketing strategies, sales processes, competitive analysis. As a champ of this you will contribute to analyze competition and support different activities within the area.

Responsibilities

What you'll do:

• Supporting the development and execution of dynamic marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotions for Lincoln vehicles.
• Contributing to digital marketing strategies through social media analysis and performance review, and conducting in-depth market and competitive research to identify emerging trends.
• Collaborating on compelling marketing collateral and learning the art of brand storytelling to effectively communicate Lincoln's unique value proposition.
• Analyzing critical sales and campaign data to inform strategic decisions and prepare impactful reports for management.
• Assisting with essential operational tasks, such as invoice processing and updating vehicle catalogs, while working closely with cross-functional product and marketing teams.

Qualifications

What you'll need:

• Active student from any of the last 4 semesters of Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Engineering or a related field
• 90% English skills (Oral, reading, writing, and listening)
• Passion for the automotive industry, particularly the luxury segment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
