Ford's Product Portfolio Strategy team is charged with leading the Ford Customer Service Division's transformation of the ownership experience. In this position:
We're looking for a Portfolio Management and Operations leader to join the Product Portfolio strategy team in FCSD which has rich expertise in product, design, and research. You will lead a group of talented design and research strategists that span across key pillars of the FCSD organization. Experience in product and portfolio management and operations is essential.
Responsibilities
What you'll do...
Product Portfolio management across FCSD, Lincoln and Ford Pro: Develop a portfolio roadmap that incorporates current products and experiences that contribute to parts and service revenue generation as well as overseeing and accelerating key north star strategic workstreams.
Create and manage action plans that help bring the strategy and experience vision to life.
Work with delivery partners to identify training opportunities and optimal approach for scale.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively across organizations to ensure strategic alignment and successful execution of initiatives. Act as a strategic partner and thought leader within the organization to lead large cross functional initiatives.
Performance Measurement: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the success of strategic initiatives, analyze results, and iterate on strategies for continuous improvements and recommendations working cross-functional with GDIA and the FCSD Performance Management team.
Presentation & Communication: Clearly articulate action plans and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders through compelling presentations and reports.
Serve as a liaison to our deliver partners by defining the actions needed to launch products and experiences with clear RACI and project management plan.
Define capabilities and change management needed at our dealerships to drive results.
Qualifications
You'll have...
Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in portfolio, project and/or program management, and significant involvement in strategic product planning and development processes.
- Significant experience focused on Customer Experience (CX) strategy, service design, or enhancing the customer journey, ideally within a premium or luxury context.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Ability to synthesize complex information and translate it into actionable project plans.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to build business cases.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and white space.

- MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Parts and Service Experience
- Experience with digital transformation strategies in the automotive sector.
- Experience in global markets.
- Field and Dealer Experience.
- Familiarity with Design Thinking or Service Design methodologies.
- Experience with data analytics tools.
