In this position...

We are looking for Stamping Engineering Purchasing Ariba Lead Analyst. Who could help Stamping Engineering Department Purchasing Activities (Requisitions & Payments for: Feasibility, Design, Build, Automation, Checking Fixture, Die Supplier Work, Part Delivery, etc.)

Responsibilities

What you'll do...

• Aurora Ariba APN's, SSPN's, Emergency PN's, outsourced PN's, Launch Expense PN's, eTAA's, ICBA's
• Invoice Payment Receipts (Approval, Accuracy, Payment, Record Keeping, Supplier SPOC)
• Issue management with Finance
• Admin Expense PN's / Admin PO Matrix
• PO Matrix
• Pin Closures
• Audits
• Filing, record retention
• BOM updates
• Livingston Intl, DHL inquiries/audits
• Lead SE Global Requisitioner Team Meeting
• Support SE Dept. Supervisors

Program Pin Maintenance

• Pin/project closure dates in PFR2/Finance - (Maintain pin closure dates, Communication and reports, SPOC)

Homeline Tryout & Supplier Quality - Payment Process (hold Tryout cost)

• Gatekeeper - Aurora Ariba Analyst (Tracking Matrix, Communication and reports, Payment SPOC)

Other SE Purchasing/Ariba related business

• eTAA Supplier Quoting Platform (Access, Training, Maintenance, Communications, Strategy & Planning Enhancements, SPL's)
• SPOC Supplier interface (Training, Problem Resolution, etc.)
• SE Purchasing Mgmt Sharepoint site (update, maintain, SPL's, standard forms, etc.)

Stamping Engineering Lead Timing Analyst (STAMPS system management)

• Track and update supplier timing in STAMPS for Stamping Engineering activities
• Load new programs and parts for all programs and maintain during BOM updates
• Organize weekly timing with China Tool Office and local tool suppliers for STAMPS updates
• Lead weekly Open Issues Meeting: STAMPS, timing tracking and updates, Organize and report timing
• NA SPOC at weekly Global STAMPS IT Team meeting (open issues, maintenance, enhancements)
• Support Fwd Model Program Planning Manager activities

Qualifications

You'll have...

• Bachelor's degree required Or Masters preferred
• Min of 1+years of experience in Aurora Ariba system.
• Strong communication and people skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in using MS (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent typing speed and highly organized
• Prefer someone who thrives in a multi-task environment with the ability to prioritize
• The right candidate should be eager to go above and beyond to complete a task
• Ability and desire to lead and train others
• Automotive Manufacturing and Launch knowledge preferred

This position is a range of salary grades 6-8 .
