Job Description
Verifies, inspects and records receipt of incoming material to ensure timely delivery to designated areas.
Visually checks all incoming material to verify quantity and for any damage to package or contents. Compares accompanying paperwork against contents and original purchasing records to confirm that the proper items have been received and inputs verification of same.
Documents missing or damaged parts and completes necessary paperwork.
Adheres to company guidelines regarding the proper handling of classified and/or hazardous materials.
Routes packages according to inspection code.
Supports internal Customers in tracking material movements within and external to the facility.
Works closely with Stockroom and Mail Services staff in the packaging and distribution of material within and external to the facility
Performs other duties and responsibilities as required.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• High School education and 1 to 3 years of related experience.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50lbs.
• Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time.
• Good math skills with an understanding of PC applications.
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow documented processes.
• Capable of acknowledging and recommending process improvements while maintaining the ability to adapt to process changes.
• Oracle experience a plus.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $35310 - $60060

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
