Embrace Technology and Design Thinking to drive Intelligent Automation and Data Integrity, as well as leverage advancements to gain insight-driven improvements, reduce costs and drive value for the enterprise and coordination for Dealer facing applications/initiatives, providing Cycle Plan Vision.

Responsibilities

What you'll need...

• Support Strategic Priorities and contribute to establish business process re-engineering into a recognized enterprise capability.
• Plan, lead, execute and give support the Hyper Automation Initiative.
• Drive global process standardization, optimization, efficiency, and improved experience through workflow simplification, utilization of Design Thinking, Intelligent Automation
• Ensures effective integration management throughout the lifecycle of the product.
• Drives efforts to keep abreast of external and internal products, industry benchmarking, and other competitive information.
• Product and requirements management: Participate in and/or lead the development of requirements, features, user stories, use cases, and test cases. Participate in stand-up operations meetings.
• Design/Develop/Test/Deploy: Work with the Business Customer, Product Owner, Architects, Product Designer, Software Engineers, and Security Controls Champion on solution design, development, and deployment.
• Provides the mechanism for an effective stakeholder relationship.

Qualifications

What you'll do...

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Analytics, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Software Engineering and Data Analytics, leveraging data to drive business decisions.
• Development experience using Java, JavaScript, Python, and Pega Automation Systems (1+ year).
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools and pipelines (e.g. Tekton, Cloud Build, Jenkins).
• Strong ability to understand and operate in a global business context, aligning data strategies with corporate goals.
• Experience in managing multiple priorities, working collaboratively across cross-functional and international teams.
• Process mapping and business strategy development, optimizing workflows and decision-making through data-driven insights.
• Results-driven, detail-oriented, with a strong focus on key performance indicators and business impact assessment.
• Expertise in team leadership, fostering high-performance environments with a "can do" attitude and self-motivation.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal) for stakeholder communication, presentations, and reports.

Desired Skills:

• Strong experience in Agile methodologies using JIRA, Rally
• 1+ year of experience in cloud development and deployment (e.g. GCP, Azure).
• Expertise in cloud service implementation and optimization, leveraging tools such as Terraform, BigQuery, and GCP.
• Advanced Data Analytics & Machine Learning experience, applying predictive modeling for business intelligence and process optimization.
• Great communication and presentation skills, able to translate complex technical insights into strategic business recommendations.
• Deep understanding of software engineering best practices, including:
  • Clean Code and Software Craftsmanship
  • Paired / Mobbing programming
  • Test-Driven Development (TDD)
  • Minimum Viable Product (MVP) development
