The Precision Guidance & Sensing Solutions (PGSS) product line has an opening for a Principal Contract Administrator in support of high-performance tactical situation intelligence systems and the application of seeker, guidance and control technologies for precision munitions. Join a dynamic Contracts team that supports the delivery of mission critical capabilities across a diverse portfolio of development and production contracts.
The Contracts organization is a trusted and sought after business partner. With our historic growth and position as one of the world's largest Aerospace, Defense and Security Company's, we look to recruit and retain the best and brightest. You will represent the enterprise as the prime contact on contractual matters and be responsible for managing customer relationships, creating innovative solutions, negotiating contracts and other agreements such as non-disclosure agreements. In this role, you will interact with senior internal and external personnel on matters requiring coordination to successfully execute and deliver on our commitments. The successful candidate will lead all contracting activities with minimal supervision.
This position will be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies, legal and customer requirements with limited guidance or supervision. The successful candidate will need to interpret and communicate business commitments and alternatives to the program team and management. This position requires an extensive knowledge of government contracting methods, applicable laws and regulations and the ability to develop and maintain professional and dependable relationships with a variety of internal and external customers.
Based on multiple factors, remote work may be a possibility for this position, at the discretion of the business.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Bachelor's Degree and 6 years work experience or equivalent experience
FAR/DFAR knowledge and experience
Experience with agreements other than contracts (ex. NDAs, bailment agreements, and/or software license agreements)
Proven strong written and verbal skills
Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as a team member
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $99410 - $168997
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
