In this position...
In this position, you will be at the forefront of developing new automotive finance products, contributing to the development and implementation of key incentive programs, and ensuring cross-functional and cross-divisional alignment on product priorities. You will also be responsible for achievement of set objectives around lease share, mix and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
What you'll do...
- Lead all Lease product initiatives for both Ford Credit (Ford & Lincoln).
- Identify emerging consumer needs and translate these insights into new product concepts or enhancements for existing products.
- Serve as a key Ford Credit interface for Sales Divisions on all Lease initiatives.
- Support Dealer Council & Dealer Advisory Board Meetings.
- Facilitate Lease-related communications, including those with the Sales force, Business Centers, and Public Affairs.
- Compile Lease portfolio performance, identifying trends and opportunities, and recommending actionable strategies.
- Prepare comprehensive Lease portfolio reviews and present them to Ford Credit Executives.
- Develop appropriate training plans and ensure their delivery to assigned employees.
- Conduct regular career development sessions with assigned employees, identifying and addressing areas of need.
- Coach and counsel employees within your purview.
- Participate in cross-functional and cross-divisional consensus meetings for residual setting.
- Work collaboratively across functions and divisions to gain support and ensure alignment for Lease product development initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to lead the development of new automotive finance products.
- Experience in supporting the development and implementation of incentive programs.
- Proven capability to work cross-functionally and across divisions to align on product priorities.
- Strong analytical skills to identify consumer needs, monitor portfolio performance, and recommend strategic actions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to senior executives and participating in external meetings (e.g., Dealer Council).
- Ability to interface effectively with sales divisions and other internal stakeholders.
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
- Leadership and coaching skills to guide and develop team members.
- A collaborative mindset, capable of working effectively in cross-functional and cross-divisional environments.
Qualifications
You'll have...
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering or a related field
- 2 -3 Years Experience in high volume production or manufacturing environment.
- Manufacturing floor experience required
- Project Or Program Management / Coordination / Communication Experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong presentation skills with experience creating and delivering presentations.

This position is a range of salary grades 6-8 .
