Description
Job Description- Deliver Quality actions to meet VHM2 - VFG Responsible Subsystem Quality Targets. Support Delivery of FTM and Global Ranger / Everest VHM2 quality objective.
- Lead discussion with Cross functional team (LVEA, STA, MFG) on Quality Investigations for Design / Process and supplier Improvement actions.
- Lead Interface with VHM2 in Other T6 Plant and LVEA to Form Coordinate Quality Investigations and Improvement for Responsible Body Interior sub system.
- Interface with plant team and daily support to TCF production complicate issues. Investigating issues that requires Repair Procedures to be developed and released, Alert generation and Buy-off of applied Rework/Repair Procedure
- Initiate Stop-ships and manage initial containment for plant, supplier, and design related items.
- Lead and execute all running changes (SREA, TVM, OPD, etc.). Lead plant trials and prove-outs for quality, MCR, SREA; Hold, locate, test and release vehicles after plant trials.
- Support PVT Supervisor for Functional Quality Review (FQR) , Vehicle Quality Reviews (VQR), Global Vehicle Quality Reviews (GVQR) and other Quality Review for Responsible Hard/Soft trim Subsystem Related.
- Launch support - address lessons learnt/AIMS issues, OTG, White Board meetings, Start-up, OK to proceed, etc. including fresh eyes review of launch build vehicles.
- Coordinate with STA and Supplier and build relationship to improve the design/quality issues of parts and processes.

Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial /Chemical/Polymer/Plastic Engineering)
- At least 5-8 years of work experience, preferred in the automotive industry.
- Experience related to Body Interior/Exterior Sub-system or Automotive Industry.
- Analytical thinking, 6-Sigma Green belt or Black belt certified (preferred), Quality methodologies (G8D, 5L5W), Polymers/Plastics Technology or the others such as Climate system, seat, Hard trim, soft trim related.
- Project Management, multitask management skills and Demonstrated leadership, Strong Problem-solving skill, Strong Quality mindset, Work as a Team, Knowledge in plastic/polymer, good communication skills both English and Thai: Speaking, Reading, Writing.
- Own working together: Build relationships with local and cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, drive team culture.
- Deliver results: Strong influencing skills and leadership in a demanding environment, remote from the main program team.
- Can-do attitude, think out of the box, self-starter, with ability to take lead responsibility and lead cross-functional teams to deliver results, team player, Statistical Process control knowledge.
