As an (REPSE) Ford Champ, you will be responsible for ensuring that both Ford and its suppliers comply with REPSE regulations (Registro de Proveedores de Servicios Especializados). This is a crucial compliance role aimed at safeguarding the company against regulatory risks and maintaining smooth operations.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Process Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for documenting, analyzing, and improving our business processes to enhance efficiency, and improve overall performance. You will work closely with various departments to understand their workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions that drive business value.
Responsibilities
What you'll do:
- Business Process Documentation and Improvement: The role involves creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation of existing business processes, utilizing data analysis to identify trends and bottlenecks, and collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement process improvement initiatives for optimization.
- Legal Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: This includes conducting compliance audits for various regulations (e.g., REPSE, labor laws, IMSS, INFONAVIT), preparing and submitting necessary regulatory reports, and developing lessons learned to enhance future compliance practices.
- Data-Driven Reporting and Vendor Documentation Management: Responsibilities encompass collecting and analyzing data to measure process performance and communicate findings through reports and presentations, as well as managing vendor access and training for REPSE documentation submission and validation within the Document Management System (VITEL).
Qualifications
What you'll need:
- Active student from any of the last 4 semesters of business Administration, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
- 90% English skills (Oral, reading, writing, and listening)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools.
- Experience with data analysis software (e.g., Power Query in Excel).
- Ability to create clear and compelling visualizations using tools like Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, or Matplotlib (in Python).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Fluent English required).
- Ability to manage urgent situations and follow priorities.
