Ford Business Solutions is looking for a

Senior Finance Analyst - Italy & France

to join our Marketing and Sales Finance team in our Szentendre office.

As part of our Finance team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end financial control of Selling Expense-related costs for our Italian and French markets. You'll collaborate closely with both finance and commercial teams, ensuring accurate budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for marketing and sales activities.

Responsibilities

What will be your roles and responsibilities in the team?

• Financial Planning & Analysis: Prepare and develop schedules and reports for actuals, forecasts, and budgets related to Marketing & Sales costs.
• Controlling: Analyze Selling and Operating Expenses to identify variances and trends against budget and forecast.
• Month-End Closings: Support monthly closing activities, including account reconciliations.
• Business Partnering: Provide regular and ad hoc financial support to internal departments.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in preparing the annual budget and business plans.
• Process Management: Review Purchase Orders (POs), invoices, and coordinate internal approvals.
• Intercompany Billing: Manage and process intercompany transactions.
• Internal Controls & Compliance: Support internal control processes and the implementation of new finance systems.

Qualifications

Are we looking for you? Yes, if...

• Have a degree in Business, Finance, or Economics
• Bring 3+ years of experience in a finance role
• Are fluent in English (Italian or French is a plus!)
• Have strong analytical skills and a good understanding of P&L and balance sheet
• Are detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
• Feel confident working with Excel and other financial tools
• Communicate clearly and enjoy working cross-functionally
