BAE Systems is seeking highly skilled Signals Intelligence Operator (SIO) to join our team in support of national security operations. As an SIO, you can utilize your operational or military experience to conduct technical SIGINT collection and support our client's operations. Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical SIGINT collection in support of customer operations
• Use knowledge of SIGINT collection equipment and tools to drive complex worldwide operations
• Develop actionable intelligence against high-priority targets
• Work in a 24/7/365 operations environment with a small team
• Share skills, expertise, and knowledge to support team goals
• Participate in client-specific and on-the-job training

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Education: High school diploma or GED (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  
• Experience:
  • Four years' technical operations experience working with mission partners, with technical competency in SIGINT collection/analysis, ELINT collection/analysis, or Electronic Warfare
    
  • Military education or experience
    
• Clearance: TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
  
• Technical Skills:
  + Knowledge of PTT, 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G, or WiFi technologies
  + Proficient with Microsoft Office software
  + Familiarity with ground or aviation SIGINT collection operations
  
• Soft Skills:
  + Ability to work as part of a small team
  + Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  + Ability to conduct weekly rotating shift work
  

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Bachelor's degree
  
• Willingness and ability to learn new skills
  
• Experience working in an Operations Center
  

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $126610 - $215270

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
