This role is an exciting opportunity to lead the transformation of manufacturing processes through smart technologies. You will drive innovation, efficiency, and sustainability in our manufacturing operations at the Zebulon site. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will implement advanced digital solutions to optimize production, improve quality, and reduce waste. We value candidates who are forward-thinking, adaptable, and passionate about leveraging technology to make a meaningful impact.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of smart manufacturing strategies, including automation, data analytics, and IoT solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and technology teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
- Ensure manufacturing systems are optimized for efficiency, quality, and sustainability.
- Monitor and analyze production data to drive continuous improvement and decision-making.
- Manage projects to integrate new technologies into existing manufacturing processes.
- Train and support teams in adopting and utilizing smart manufacturing tools and systems.
Why You?
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations or technology implementation.
- Experience with automation, Internet of Things (IoT), or data analytics in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Experience in implementing Industry 4.0 technologies.
- Familiarity with cloud-based systems and advanced analytics tools.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Knowledge of sustainability practices in manufacturing.
- Experience in change management and training teams on new technologies.
