Description
Job DescriptionThe Systems Specialist reports directly to the GTAC Systems Manger and serves as the business IT interface with web development and subject matter experts to provide overall, global systems support, Project Management, Support the SWIS Platform, other technical applications and metrics utilized by the Technical Field Operations and the global service community

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Support PM activities of GTAC
- Subject Matter Experts for data analytics, systems specifications and requirements end to end support
- Key business managed IT interface between Ford IT and Technical Assistance Center (TAC)
- Oversee strategy direction of GTAC with global stakeholders
- Provide Global Technical Assistance Support
- Development work with Global Technical Assistance Center (GTAC)/Hotline Assistance Request (HAR) application and workforce management application
- Oversee maintenance of TAC server hardware and software
- Interface with other department web developers in SEO
- Interface with global Technical Assistance Centers management on progress of systems integrations and updates
- Maintenance of web sites, SharePoint and other applications - review for linkages and aging content
- Systems updates and agile methodology leveraging project management and dev tools as required by business needs and global team
- Support enterprise reporting interfaces with various decision support systems and other tools
- Identify innovative systems solutions for continuous improvement
- Support new emerging technology globally
- Complete training (online and hands on) as required
- Provide support to achieving all Technical Assistance Center objectives.
- Support the SWIS Platform

- No College Degree Required.
- 10+ years of automotive experience.

This position is a range of salary grades SG4-SG6.
