• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Share point, Power apps), especially Excel and Word, LCNC, Qlik sense nice to have
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Detail-oriented, with ability to maintain in a fast-paced environment

Shift Timing: General/Mid/Night shift when required

Responsibilities

As the Access Administration Analyst, you will receive access requests of Users of the skill teams like Accounting, Finance, Payroll, HR to ensure timely access grant for the Users. You will be responsible for collecting proper evidence to support various audits.

Qualifications

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in commerce/business administration or related field
• Min 1yr of experience in administrative or support role, preferably in access administration
• Basic analytical skills, user's name, employee ID, department, requested system access (specific applications, databases, etc.), and a clear justification for the access. The level of detail required in the justification will depend on the sensitivity of the data and system being accessed.
