In this position...

This is a core engineering Technical Specialist position for Engine Sealing including all static and dynamic sealing requirements for the engine.

Responsibilities

What you'll do...

• Responsible for engine sealing design requirements, rules, DFMEAS and Prevent Recurrence Actions.
• Will lead engine sealing sourcing strategy.
• Lead engine sealing Tech Club for Engine.
• Develop the engine sealing Tech Club and improve all core documents.
• Provide program signoff oversight to ensure appropriate engine discipline

Qualifications

You'll have...

• Bachelor of science or related degree (i.e., Physics or Chemistry)
• 6 Years of Engine Sealing experience.
• 10 years of engine experience.
• Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills.

This position is hybrid. Candidates who are in commuting distance to a Ford hub location may be required to be onsite four or more days per week
