• Ensure all PRC Sites in IMG operate in a safe manner and meet all external/internal OH&S requirements.
• Manage, with the site PRC Supervisors, all personnel
• Represent IMG PRCs at a Global level
• Own and deliver PRC KPI's
• Manage and Maintain Parts Return and Shipment within the IMG region.
• Develop and Manage an effective L2 and L3 Parts Testing and Teardown Plan on Warranty Components
• Manage Engine and Transmission Teardown process for IMG
• Develop and Manage Red Table Review (RTR) processes for IMG
• Develop and Manage a Dealer Control Strategy for IMG
• Lead the development of PRC processes and systems to ensure an effective outcome.
• Manage IMG PRC Cost Budget
• Complete Other Assignment / Projects as required

Qualifications

Education Qualification: Tertiary qualification required (Engineering preferred)

No. of Years of Experience: Min 8 years' experience leading teams in a technical environment required

Professional Exposure : Automotive experience preferred

(Technical Skills)

Preferred previous experiences :

Manufacturing, Quality, Material Handling experience in a high-quality manufacturing-design environment

Functional Skills: Strong Technical, Analytical and Project Management skills required

An ability to manage and deliver specific projects independently

Behavioral Skills: Leadership, Results-driven attitude, Effective communication skills (incl English) both verbal and written. Ability to influence and build relationships.

Special Knowledge/Skills Required: Quality-AI / GSAR / OWS-SERVIS2 / Micro cat / Panda / PTS, Microsoft Office / Datacubes, 8D, Statistics-SPC, Ford QOS, Project , Management.

Any Others:

Flexible work hours required (incl participation in global mtgs in evenings) Limited travel may be required.
