Company Overview
The New Jersey Infrastructure Bank (I-Bank) is a New Jersey independent state authority that jointly administers two financing programs, one in partnership with the Department of Transportation (DOT) and one in partnership with the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) to make loans for transportation and environmental infrastructure projects respectively. The I-Bank jointly issues approximately $40 million annually in loans with DOT under the nascent Transportation Bank Financing Program and $500 million annually in loans with DEP under the long-established and successful Water Bank Financing Program (an average of 80 projects per annum).
